Adam Siegel and Ian Judson Join Forces Under Visage Growth Partners

Two growth partners. Two decades of experience. One shared focus.

In late 2025, Adam Siegel and Ian Judson formally joined forces under the Visage Growth Partners brand.

This was not a simple merger of two coaching practices, nor a quiet combining of client lists. It was the first step in deliberately building a broader advisory firm for mid‑market CEOs and leadership teams.

From the outset, the intention was clear: to move beyond an individual‑led practice and create a firm with a strong brand, shared IP, consistent delivery standards and the depth required to support leadership teams as businesses grow in complexity.

Two perspectives on the same growth challenge

Adam and Ian approach business growth from complementary angles which is precisely what makes the partnership effective.

Ian Judson brings nearly two decades of experience working with founder‑led and growth‑stage companies as they navigate the structural transition that comes with scale. His work focuses on organisational design, leadership architecture and the operating rhythms that keep companies aligned as complexity increases. Ian works extensively with the Metronomics framework, alongside insights drawn from Scaling Up, helping CEOs build leadership teams and company structures that can sustain growth well beyond the founder’s direct involvement.

Adam Siegel brings more than 20 years of senior executive experience across large‑scale corporate environments, including general management roles at Metricon, Burbank Group and Boral, before founding Visage Growth Partners. His advisory work focuses on leadership team capability, execution discipline, and the habits and rhythms that move a business from strategic intent to measurable outcomes. As an approved TEC speaker and Gravitas Impact Coach, Adam works closely with CEOs and their teams to build collective leadership capability and execution strength.

Together, Adam and Ian address both sides of the growth equation:
the structural and the human, the architecture and the behaviour, the design and the execution.

Built deliberately, not for scale alone

The decision to build Visage Growth Partners together was not driven by a desire to grow bigger for its own sake. It was about building a more complete advisory platform.

Visage Growth Partners is designed to operate as an advisory company, not a personal coaching practice. That distinction matters. It allows the company to deliver deeper thinking, stronger execution discipline and broader capability, while preserving the personal, trusted relationships that CEOs value.

The longer‑term vision for Visage includes:

  • A clear and consistent brand in the market

  • Shared advisory IP and planning frameworks

  • Common delivery standards across all client work

  • Defined advisor pathways and internal mentoring

  • Strong operational infrastructure and support

  • A broader suite of programs for businesses at different stages of growth

What this means for clients

For existing clients, the working relationship remains personal and familiar. You continue to work directly with your primary advisor.

What has changed is the capability and depth behind that relationship.

Clients of Visage Growth Partners now benefit from:

  • Broader diagnostic capability, drawing on combined pattern recognition across founder‑led and mid‑market businesses

  • Stronger organisational design and operating rhythm support as the business scales

  • More robust leadership team development and execution frameworks

  • Deeper thinking on long‑term value creation, succession planning and strategic exit (where relevant)

  • Access to a wider suite of programs, including CEO advisory, leadership team development, Growth Forums and specialist M&A advisory

The relationship stays personal. The capability behind it becomes deeper.

How the partnership works behind the scenes

From a client perspective, the experience remains clean and simple. Clients are not required to manage additional interfaces or navigate internal complexity.

Internally, the partnership allows advisors to actively test thinking, share patterns across industries and client situations, and sharpen diagnosis together. This strengthens the quality of judgment brought to client work, while keeping ownership and accountability clear.

Clients benefit from broader perspective and deeper thinking, without losing the clarity of having a single trusted lead advisor.

Who Visage Growth Partners works best with

Visage Growth Partners works best with mid‑market organisations that have reached a point where growth can no longer be carried by the CEO alone.

These are businesses with strong ambition and capable people, where complexity is increasing faster than leadership systems are maturing. Performance may remain strong on the surface, but decision‑making feels harder, alignment less reliable, and execution increasingly dependent on individual effort rather than shared rhythm.

Visage is not designed for early‑stage start‑ups or organisations seeking generic, off‑the‑shelf solutions. The work is most valuable where leadership teams are ready to be challenged on how strategy, behaviour and execution connect in practice.

Looking ahead

Our ambition is to build one of the most trusted advisory firms for mid-market leaders navigating growth and complexity.

The goal is not to replicate a traditional coaching model at a larger scale, but to build a serious advisory company with a strong brand, consistent standards, high‑calibre advisors, proprietary IP and programs that support businesses at different stages of growth.

Over time, this includes:

  • Advisory support for CEOs

  • Strategy and execution work with leadership teams

  • Senior leader development programs

  • Peer‑based strategy forums

  • Specialist IP that help businesses scale with clarity and discipline

Visage will grow deliberately and carefully, building depth and consistency rather than a loose network of independent advisors.

Ian Judson
“For me, this is about building a stronger advisory platform for mid‑market leaders. The relationship with clients will always remain personal, but the capability behind that relationship can now become much deeper. Visage gives us the ability to support CEOs, leadership teams and future advisors with stronger tools, better rhythm and a more complete advisory model.”

Adam Siegel
"It is about creating a customised platform that, along with genuine care for clients, supports ambitious CEOs and business owners to grow with clarity, discipline, and confidence."
