Ian brings more than 30 years’ experience as a business owner, professional services leader, corporate advisor, and executive coach. He has worked with leadership teams across Australia and internationally, supporting businesses as they navigate growth, complexity, and change.

Strongly influenced by Verne Harnish and the Scaling Up philosophy, Ian became a Certified Business Coach in 2009 and has played an active role in the development of coaching practices in Australia. He regularly facilitates strategic planning sessions and leadership forums, working with teams to establish clear priorities, effective rhythms, and shared accountability.

Through his coaching and advisory work, Ian helps leadership teams gain a practical understanding of how strategy, execution, and business performance connect.
